.CSV Exports - Enterprise

A quick guide for Enterprise admins exporting .CSV files with key information from GetHomeSafe.

GetHomeSafe has a wide range of reports available to admins including .CSV exports. Here are the different exports available and what information they contain:

Enterprise User Activities Report

This report contains important data on all of the activities that have taken part in the organization of a chosen period of time. It contains information such as:

  • Activity IDs

Enterprise Alerts Report

The alerts report contains information on alerts that have occurred over a chosen period of time in your organisation. It contains data on the following:

  • Activity ID of alerted activity
  • User
  • Organisation

  • Alert Classification
  • Followed up by (Name)
  • Followed up by (Class - role in GetHomeSafe)
  • Time zone
  • Start Time

This report contains information on all of the check-ins by users that contain notes within a chosen period of time. It contains data on the following:

This report provides various information on the usage of GPS Devices by the user in your organization. It contains data on the following:

  • Last Data Received (Timezone)
  • Total Activities
  • Total Alerted Activities
  • Total Tracking Points
  • Total Tracking Duration

Bluetooth Button Utilisation Report

This report contains information on the usage of Bluetooth Buttons in conjunction with the GetHomeSafe app by users in your organization. It contains information on the following:

Users Export

The users export generates a report on all of the users currently in your organisation. It contains various information, such as the following:

Time and Mileage Report (Fieldworker add-on required)

This report contains information on the Time and Mileage information generated by users in your organisation. Prior to generating the report you will have the following options:

  • Select kilometres or miles
  • Time format
  • Date range
  • Start and End time
