Overview of Account Administrators: Types and Related Features
Account Administrators have the highest level of access within GetHomeSafe. Accounts can include multiple organisations. They are managed by account administrators and offer advanced settings and features that can apply to all organisations. Administrators can view all users, activities and more, within each organisation.
Organisation Administrators = Manage the day-to-day of an organisation
Account Administrators = Manage the account and organisations at a high-level

GPS Devices and Vehicles
If an organisation has GPS Devices and Vehicles enabled for their account, account administrators can manage them here:

The support log offers an overview of all GetHomeSafe events recorded by the server, spanning across all organisations. It serves as a valuable resource for troubleshooting potential issues and reviewing activity history.

Shared Mobile Devices
If an organisation has a shared mobile device they will be listed here. Edit shared mobile details such as the number and the organisation and team its available for.
