Why won't my password work?

It’s possible that your password was entered incorrectly. Please give it another try.

When creating a password it must contain at least a lowercase character, an uppercase character, a number, a special character and be at least 10 characters long.
- Make sure the password you are inputting follows these rules, if it doesn't, it is likely you are using the wrong password and a reset is needed.

You can only log into GetHomeSafe via the sign-up method you registered with (GHS password, Google, Apple or Microsoft). Make sure you are using the same sign-in method when logging in, other login methods won’t work.

Your password is the same for your GetHomeSafe App and Web Portal. If you change your password for one it will update for both platforms.

Make sure you are logging into the 'GetHomeSafe’ App, not the 'GetHomeSafe Personal’ App. If you have both apps downloaded you may have different passwords for each.
