A V.BTTN is a Bluetooth connected button that can be connected to the GetHomeSafe app to check in, monitor movement and send alerts.
The process for connecting a V.Bttn is the same for both IOS and Android.
1. Turn the V.BTTN on by pressing and holding it for at least 15 seconds until it flashes green and beeps.
2. Open the GetHomeSafe app and navigate to the ‘Settings’ page. (Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled)
3. Select ‘V.BTTN’, GetHomeSafe will begin scanning for your V.BTTN (this can take several seconds). If this does not happen automatically select the ‘Scan for V.BTTN’ button.
4. Once the V.BTTN appears select it and press ‘Pair’. The paired V.BTTN will sync with the GetHomeSafe app
5. You will recieve confirmation that your V.Bttn has successfully paired with the GetHomeSafe app.
