How do I reset my GetHomeSafe password?

Resetting Password from Log-In Screen

1. Click Forgot password?

2. Enter your email address and click Reset Password

3. Check the your emails for the password reset email

4. Click on the complete this form link

5. Create your new password. The password must contain at least:

    • 1 lowercase letter
    • 1 uppercase letter
    • 1 digit
    • 1 special character
    • must be at least 10 characters long

6. Click Reset

7. Log in to your account with your new password.

 

How to reset your password when you are already logged in:

From the App:

1. Navigate to the Settings tab

2. Click on Reset Password and then click on Request Password Reset

3. Go to the email inbox associated with your account and find the password reset email

4. Follow the instructions of the email

From the Dashboard

1. Click on your username in the top right of the screen

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Security

4. Enter your current password, new password and confirm your new password following the password guidelines

5. Click Save in the top right of the screen.
