Panic, Overdue and No Movement Alerts can be cancelled via all of the below methods. Silent Alerts can only be cancelled via methods 2, 3 & 4.
- From your GetHomeSafe app, select the cancel alert button.
- Log into your web portal and select your alerted activity. On the right-hand side of your activity details page select ‘I Got Home Safe’.
- There is a link in the ‘alert sent’ optional email, open the link and select ‘confirm’. (this optional email must be enabled in your apps settings for it to send).
- Your supervisors can send you an SMS message or email requesting you cancel the alert. If you receive one of these requests, open the link and select ‘Confirm’.
