GHS Web Portal - Viewing Activities - Actions and Permissions

This article covers the actions and permissions for app users, team leaders and administrators in GetHomeSafe during an active and alerted activities.

Action Types:

Specific actions can be applied to activities from the web portal. Once an action is applied to an activity, the app will update during the next sync.

  • Extend timer: Extends the activity timer by a custom amount.
  • Reset timer: Resets the activity timer.
  • Finish activity:
    • During an active activity: finishes the activity.
    • During an alerted activity: Cancels the alert.
  • Stop activity:
    • During an active activity: Finishes the activity (confirmation is required).
    • During an alerted activity: Cancels the alert (confirmation is required).
  • Remind user to cancel alert: Sends an email to the alerted user asking them to cancel the alert.
  • Start Follow-Up: Starts the follow-up.
  • Complete Follow-Up: Completes the follow-up.

 

Active Activity Permissions:

The following permissions apply to active activities.

Users
Any user viewing their own activity can:

  • Extend timer: Yes
  • Reset timer: Yes
  • Finish activity: Yes

Team Leaders
Team leaders viewing a team members activity can:

  • Extend timer: No
  • Reset timer: No
  • Stop activity: Yes

Admins
Admins viewing any activity can:

  • Extend timer: Yes
  • Reset timer: Yes
  • Finish activity: Yes

 

Alerted Activity Permissions:

The following permissions apply to alerted activities.

Users
Any user viewing their own activity can:

  • Finish activity: Yes
  • Start Follow-up: No
  • Reminder user to cancel alert: No

Team Leaders
Team leaders viewing a team members activity can:

  • Stop activity: Yes
  • Start/finish Follow-up: Yes
  • Reminder user to cancel alert: Yes

Admins
Admins viewing any activity can:

  • Stop activity: Yes
  • Start/finish Follow-up: Yes
  • Reminder user to cancel alert: Yes
