A guide of the different check-in options available during an ongoing activity.
Checking-in allows users to update supervisors on what they are doing and share important information. Check-ins are displayed as dots on journey maps, each with its own timeline event showing the recorded data.
Users can check-in by pressing 'Check-In' and selecting one of the available options. After each check-in, a 'Check-In Successful' screen confirms the submission. All check-ins reset recurring timers
Check-in Options: Quick Summary
- Note: Compose a written message.
- OK: Quick 'I am OK' confirmation.
- #waypoint: Location-specific check-in labelled as #waypoint.
- #meeting: Indicates a meeting.
- #break: Indicates a break.
- Flight: Check-in with your flight number
- Scan: Scan and send QR code details.
- Photo: Send a photo.
Third Party Apps:
Depending on your organisation's settings additional check-in options via third party apps may be available:
- Zoleo: Perform a check-in with your Zoleo device/app
- AlertMeter: Perform a check-in via the AlertMeter app
