Motion Monitoring

How it Works

To use this feature, it must first be enabled in the app's settings. Once enabled, you can configure the following:

• Auto Enable: When enabled, Motion Monitoring starts automatically when starting an activity, bypassing the Pre-start screen.
• Warning Time: An initial warning notification sounds if the device remains motionless for the set warning duration (between 30 seconds and 10 minutes). The timers reset if movement is detected before the alert activates.
• Alert Time: This is the countdown that begins after the Warning Time finishes. If the device remains motionless for this additional set duration (between 30 seconds and 5 minutes), a no-motion alert activates. Any subsequent movement after a no-motion alert activates won't cancel the alert—it must be manually cancelled.

Example Configuration: If you set a Warning Time to 3 minutes and an Alert Time to 2 minutes: You will receive a warning notification if the device stays motionless for exactly 3 minutes. If the device stays motionless for an additional 2 minutes, a no-motion alert activates.

Managing Motion Monitoring During an Activity

Once Motion Monitoring is enabled in the app settings, it appears as a toggle on the Pre-start screen when you begin an activity. You can also turn it on or off during an active tracking session by tapping the feature icon.

During an activity, the movement status is shown underneath the 'Reminder' time on your activity screen. The text will change from 'moving' to 'still' to reflect the movement of your device.
