Learn how to create favourites and start a favourited activity
Save a frequently used activity as a favourite to save time. Favourites can be created from the app or web portal. Users can create favourites for themselves and administrators can create favourites for users in their organisation.

Creating a favourite from the app
1. Select "New Activity"
2. Enter your activity details
3. Click "Save as Favourite" at the bottom of the screen
Creating a favourite from the web portal
1. Login to the web portal
2. In the Dashboard select "New Activity"
3. Select the user who you are creating a Favourite for
4. Enter the activity details
5. Click "Save as Favourite" at the bottom of the screen.
6. Give your favourite a name
7. Click "Save as Favourite"
Starting a favourite from the app
1. Open the GetHomeSafe app
2. In the bottom menu select "Activities:
3. Select your Favourite
4. Edit any details if required (note any details changed will not update the Favourite, only the activity you are about to start)
5. Select "Start Activity"
Starting a favourite from the web portal
1. Login to the GetHomeSafe web portal
2. In the Dashboard select "New Activity"
3. Select the user who you are starting a Favourited activity for
4. Select "Import from Favourite"
5. Edit any details if required (note any details changed will not update the Favourite, only the activity you are about to start)
6. Select "Next" and select "Start Now" (note location tracking will not be active until the user has opened the app. When the app is opened the started activity will display)
Managing favourites
1. Login to the web portal
2. Select "Coordinate"
3. Select "Favourites"
Depending on access permissions, all Favourites created by users in an organisation are visible in this menu.
Actions include:
- Use the search bar and filter by user to view Favourites
- Select the three dots beside a user's favourite to start their favourited activity or delete on their behalf
