Upon receiving an invitation, users must complete their registration prior to logging in. The invitation includes a link to do this.
Registrations can be completed using a GetHomeSafe password, Google, Apple, or Microsoft credentials. Android users should not select the Apple option.
Registration allows users to set up their profile information. If needed, admins can resend invitations via the Users page. Once registration is complete, users can log in to both the app and the web portal.
Step 1: Click the "complete registration link" in your invitation email.
Step 2: Select one of the available SSO options (Google, Apple or Microsoft) or create a GetHomeSafe Password Note: GetHomeSafe Passwords need to be a minimum of 10 characters long and must include an uppercase, lowercase and number.
Step 3: After choosing an SSO option or setting a password, you will need to enter your name, cell phone number (so we can text you for reminders or alerts) and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Step 4: Awesome! Registration complete! You can use the QR codes below to download the GetHomeSafe App from the Google Play or iOS App store and log in with the same details you have just used to register.
