Check-In Logs and Configuration

Check-in logs for your organisation can be accessed through the Web Portal, where you will also find various options for configuring check-in settings.

Access Check-In Menu

1. Login to the web portal

2. Select Review

3. Select "Check-Ins"

 

Check-in Logs

All check-ins for an organisation are displayed in this menu and are categorised by Check-in, activity type, recorded day/time, user and asset used

Filter check in's by App or GPS, by search bar, by check-In type, teams, date and user. Check-In reports are also available to download from this menu.

 

Check-In Configuration

Configure check-ins for your organisation by selecting the setting cog (highlighted below) in the right hand corner: 

Configure Default Check-In Options

If a Check-in option is disabled, it will be hidden from all organisation users in the app. Only enabled options will be available. Third party apps can be configured in this menu, for more information contact support@gethomesafe.com

Create Custom Check-ins

When a user selects a custom check-in option from the app, it will use the settings configured here to check them in.

Custom check-in types can include anything you would like. Hashtags are optional.

Quick Check-in

If enabled, the selected check-in type is used when users check in via notifications or live activities from the lock screen.

When checking in on the app, users will not be presented with the check-in options screen - pressing 'Check In' will immediately send a check-in of the selected type.

Users will not be prompted to enter a check-in note if quick check-in is enabled and set to OK.
