Account/Enterprise: Promoting organisation items to account level
This article explains how to promote an item to be managed from your Account level.
If you'd like to manage your organisation items — like activity types and risk assessments — at the account level, you can easily promote them. To learn more about managing features at the account level, check out this article: Introduction to managing features at an Account Level
Note: If your account has duplicate activity types we recommend using our duplicate wizard to remove, merge and promote these activity types. For more information check out the following article: Managing Duplicate Activity Types
Accessing activity types at the account level
- Log into the Enterprise dashboard
- In the left hand side menu, select "Configure"
- Select "Activity Types"
How to promote an activity type to your account
In the activity types menu, all activity types across your account will display here. Find the activity type you would like to promote and select the three dots and select "Move to account level.
Accessing risk assessments at the account level
- Log into the Enterprise dashboard
- In the left hand side menu, select "Configure"
- Select "Risk Assessments"
How to promote a risk assessment to your account
In the risk assessments menu, all risk assessments across your account will display here. Find the risk assessment you would like to promote and select the three dots and select "Move to account level".
