Why am I receiving a "No Organisation for this Account" error

A quick summary on why you are receiving this error, and what you can do to resolve it. 

There are a few reasons why you may receive this error, but they all come down to the same root cause.

Here are the typical reasons you may be receiving this error:

  • You are wanting to use GetHomeSafe for personal use, but have downloaded the Corporate version of the app
  • You have not yet been invited to join GetHomeSafe by the administrator of your companies account
  • You have been invited, but have not completed registration yet

What to do about this error?

In order to use the corporate version of GetHomeSafe all users must be invited to the organisation and complete there registration prior to logging in to the app for the first time. Once this has been done, you will be able to get into app and get started. 

If you are wanting to use GetHomeSafe for personal use, download the Personal App version, this can be found in the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store. 

If your company has an account with GetHomeSafe but you are receiving this error, here is what to do to get into the app:

  • Get in charge with your team leader or individual in charge of GetHomeSafe
  • Ask them to add you to the organisation
  • Complete your registration
  • Log into the app
