Troubleshooting - Poor Location Tracking & Accuracy

Location accuracy can vary based on several factors, including your environment and your phone. In some situations—like being indoors, underground, or in areas with weak or no signal—your location may not be very accurate.

Here are some tips to help improve accuracy:

1. Ensure Location Permissions are set to "Always Allow"
   This ensures your location continues to update during an activity, even when the app is minimised or your phone is locked.
2. Check Battery Optimisation Settings

3. Switch Location Provider (Android only)
   Android devices can use different methods to determine location:
