Setting up Twilio

A guide on how to set up Twilio as your BYO SMS provider for GetHomeSafe

To configure Twilio, select it from the Provider dropdown in your SMS Provider Integration Settings.

You can retrieve your Twilio account SID and auth token, or create an API key, in your Twilio Console.

Required Credentials:

  • Account SID
  • From Number / SMS Service SID: You must provide either a From Number or an SMS Service SID. One is required if the other field is empty.
  • API Authentication Method: It is recommended to use the API Key method.
  • API Key SID
  • API Key Secret

Once you have entered your credentials, click Save.
