Security, Privacy, and Compliance

Keeping your people safe means keeping their information safe too. This article gives an overview of how GetHomeSafe protects your data and where you can find our security documentation.

The GetHomeSafe Trust Center

Our Trust Center is the best place to start if you are assessing GetHomeSafe or completing a vendor security review. It brings together our compliance status, security documents, security controls and subprocessors in one place, and the information is kept up to date.

Compliance and independent assurance

  • SOC 2 Type 2 certification: SOC 2 is an independent assessment of how a service provider manages and protects customer data. A Type 2 report looks at whether security controls work effectively over time, not just whether they exist. GetHomeSafe has also completed SOC 2 Type 1.
  • Penetration testing: GetHomeSafe is penetration tested, and a Pen Test Assurance Report is available to customers.

Requesting security documents

The following documents are available through the Trust Center:

  • SOC 2 Type 1 Attestation Letter and Report
  • SOC 2 Type 2 Attestation Letter
  • Pen Test Assurance Report

To request a document, open the Resources page, select the document you need and choose Request access..
