Risk Assessment Answers Log

The Risk Assessment Answers Log provides a quick and easy way to view all completed risk assessments in your organisation. You can also view the user's answers or download the full assessment as a PDF.

Access Risk Assessment Answers Log

  1. Login to the web portal
  2. Select "Review"
  3. Select "Risk Assessment Answers"

Risk Assessment Log

The Risk Assessments Log shows all the completed risk assessments in your organisation. Each log includes the user's name, their activity, risk level (if enabled), and when the assessment was completed. You can click "Show Answers" to quickly see the user's responses. To download the risk assessment as a PDF, click the three dots on the right.

Filter risk assessment answers by using the search bar, by activity ID, by team, by restrictions and by date. Risk assessment reports are also available to download from this menu.
