How do I turn off email notifications?

A quick guide on how to turn off email notifications from GetHomeSafe, such as Start and Finish notifications.

Many email notifications from GetHomeSafe can be disabled or enabled based on the individual users preference. Some of these can be done directly through the app.

These emails are:

  • Activity Started
  • Activity Finished
  • Reminder to Check-in
  • Notification Alert was sent

Note - If the email you want to adjust settings for does not appear in this list, then it likely is related to Team Leader specific notifications. More information on these can be found here: Configuring and Managing Teams

To make adjustments to which of these email notifications you receive, follow these steps:

  1. Open the GetHomeSafe app
  2. Click on Settings in the bottom right of the screen
  3. Click on Email Notifications
  4. Turn on and off these notifications
