Can my supervisors see me location 24/7?

No. Supervisors can only see your live location when you have an active activity running in GetHomeSafe, such as a journey, job, or welfare monitoring session that you have started yourself.

Our location sharing is designed to support your safety while you are “on activity”, not to continuously monitor where you are at all times.

As soon as you safely finish your activity, or if you cancel an active alert, your live location sharing will automatically stop. At that point, supervisors will no longer receive ongoing location updates from your device.

Supervisors may still be able to see basic historical information related to the completed activity (for example, start and end points, check-in times, or route history where enabled by your organisation’s settings), but this is different from continuous live location sharing.

Ongoing, real-time visibility is only active while an activity is running or an alert is in progress, ensuring a balance between effective safety monitoring and respect for your privacy outside of work-related activities.
