BYO SMS Provider Integration

GetHomeSafe hosts a BYO Provider system, allowing Enterprises to connect their existing SMS gateways to our platform via integration.

To access these settings, navigate to Account > Integrations > Select SMS Provider.

  • When enabled, all SMS messages out of GetHomeSafe are sent with this provider.
  • When disabled, all SMS messages are sent with GetHomeSafe's provider.
    • Without a BYO provider enabled, optional notifications are unavailable to be sent via SMS.

We currently support the following SMS providers:
